Customizable items include upgraded liners, adjustment systems, surface painting, laser engraved logos and customized cushion liner structures. We can also conduct DFM review and Moldflow simulation analysis to support your project development.

      We operate self-owned workshops for helmet injection molding, foam cushion processing, spray painting, silk printing and assembly lines. All production procedures for finished helmets are completed in-house without outsourcing assembly work. We can also optimize snap-fit liner structures to replace screw installation, cutting down your assembly labor costs effectively.

      We carry out full professional testing for helmets throughout the whole production process, including impact resistance tests, dimensional calibration, pull-out firmness tests and aging tests. Every batch undergoes 100% full inspection before shipment to eliminate defects like warpage, shrinkage and assembly jamming.
